Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MISA pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
